Fitz & Smith Inc. was founded in 1978 by Ernest Fitz and Gary Smith, who are pictured here (Front Row). Gary and Ernest each have a lifetime of experience in the paving industry.
After years of employment at Fitz & Smith, Gary's sons Mike, Tom, and Tim became officers of the corporation as well. All the officers of Fitz & Smith have worked for the company for nearly 40 years, they are always out on the jobs sites and you will rarely find them in the office.
Many of Fitz & Smith's dedicated employees have worked for the company since the start. Fitz & Smith is a well-known, trusted name in the community as a General Contractor & as a Subcontractor. Fitz & Smith is a small family owned and operated corporation in Dallastown, Pennsylvania. Our service areas include: York County, Lancaster County, Dauphin County, and others.
